Day 21: Goodbyes and a last day in Paris

August 9, 2014 We had breakfast and said our final goodbyes to everyone who was leaving that morning. We had decided to stay on for an extra day before flying home, so many adventure still awaited us. We went to the French Army museum and Napoleon's tomb. We then caught the open tour bus and hopped on and off all day while seeing all the neighborhoods and sights of Paris. We had a cafe lunch  and then headed to the Eiffel Tower. Going up the elevator to the top of the Tower was exhilarating. We went at the perfect time and were able to see the view in the daytime, at sunset, and at night. It was amazing! We were there the night of the Super Moon...so beautiful. After reaching the bottom we ran to catch the last Seine river boat cruise. It was a perfect way to end our time in Paris!
