Day 10: Travel to Florence
July 29, 2014 After rolling into Florence, we arrived at the hotel and dropped off our bags before heading to the Academia Museum where we saw Michelangelo's David.
Of course, there were many other Renaissance art treasures including the Dome and the Gates of Paradise. Dinner consisted of three types of pasta, potatoes, and really rare steak. It was all delicious.
Tips!
# Go up to the top of the Dome
# Watch out for the motor scooters!
# The food is delicious. Eat out!
